LEAD TIMES & DELIVERY

Please allow 5-7 days for us to create your shirt (although we will aim to finish it sooner than this).

Once your shirt has been created, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. From then, your shirt should be delivered to you in 5-7 days. You will be able to track it the whole way!

CARE FOR YOUR SHIRT

  • Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
  • Do not bleach
  • It is better to air dry, however if you must tumble dry then use a low heat setting
  • Iron, steam or dry on a low heat
  • Do not dry clean

How long does it take to get my shirt?

Please allow 5-7 days for us to create your shirt (although we will aim to finish it sooner than this).

Once your shirt has been created, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. From then, your shirt should be delivered to you in 5-7 days. You will be able to track it the whole way!

How many photos can I add?

You can add up to 5 photos. If you only want to add 1 photo, that is also fine.

What kind of photos should I add?

Please upload clear, front facing images of your pet. They can be sitting or standing.

Get close to your pet and take a photo of them from their head to their chest.

Photos taken in good lighting work the best.

The clearer the images you upload, the better the outcome will be.

Can I do photos of people?

Yes! We have made some really fun bachelorette and girlfriend/boyfriend shirts Just upload your images and type the name you would like as usual.

Can I do multiple pets?

Yes, you have multiple different pets on your shirt- you can upload up to 5 different photos.

We recommend you don't upload more than 2 names (for example Bella & Bruno) or it will look squashed on the shirt. Some customers choose a generic name like "The Gang" instead when displaying more than 2 pets.

How does the process work?

It's very simple!

1. Select the shirt colour & size you would like.

2. Select your graphics color scheme (shown in the product images). If you do not choose a color scheme we will use our default graphics scheme.

3. Upload up to 5 photos and enter your pet's name.

4. Submit and pay! We will do the rest.

5. Receive your shirt 10-15 days after you order it via free tracked shipping.

Do you offer refunds?

As this is a made to order custom product, all sales are final.

However, if in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order please get in touch with our lovely customer service team and we will make it right.

When is the last order date for Christmas delivery?

Order by December 8th for guaranteed Christmas delivery. We will work as hard as we can to make sure after this date are delivered pre Christmas, but we can not guarantee any date beyond the 8th.
